| Founded and led by Toronto-based publicist Sebastian Cook, ComPosition is a collective partnership between concert promoters, graphic designers, web developers, and other creative professionals; who share a common love of great music and the desire to bring it to wider audiences, discerning ears and the ability to bring various forms of communication together in synergy. To date, ComPosition has presented over 50 concerts — jazz, funk, salsa, cumbia, Afrobeat, hiphop, experimental/progressive, indie rock, and much more — in Toronto, the GTA, Southern Ontario and Montreal. There are over 30 shows featuring top-notch local, national and international artists already lined up on our 2007 calendar, with many more to come.
In addition to its concert promotion endeavours, ComPosition non-exclusively represents a small and diverse roster of local, national and international artists — many of whom hold prestigious awards and distinctions such as Junos & National Jazz Awards.
